Important notes:

• Maximum filesize = 50 MB.
• Minimum nucleotide sequence input is 100 kb. See PRODIGAL documentation for further details (< 100 kb will fail).
• For unannotated plasmids less than 100 kb, please run PRODIGAL separately (with an appropriate training set) and upload the .faa and .gff files to PADLOC.
• Genomes in .gb or .gbff format must contain full annotation details, including locus_tag and translation (protein sequence) fields.
